Contact

We are small, so email reaches us faster than anything else. We answer every message that arrives.

How to reach us

Email tech@pintarlabs.io. That address is the right one for everything: support, billing and refunds, privacy and data requests, and security reports.

Who you are writing to

Hike is operated by Muhammad Zohaib Ashraf, a sole trader trading as Hike, based in Karachi, Pakistan.

We publish the city rather than a street address, because Hike is run by one person and that address is a home. If you need a postal address for a formal notice, ask and we will give you one.

Trouble signing in

If you are not getting your verification email, or you cannot get into your account, tell us what happened and we will reply to the address you give us.
